Delete your data

In the app

Open the You screen and tap Delete everything, then confirm. This deletes your account and all your data from our servers straight away, unpairs you, and clears the app on your phone.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email Dave@namedtoasterstudios.com with the subject "Delete my NestAKeep data". Your account has no email or name attached, so tell us your partner's name or the day you last used the app, and we will find and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your anonymous account, your saves, your pairing, your reactions and your notification token. Anything you shared with a partner stays in their guide. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.
